Speaker 0 00:00:00 Ladies and John, you're listening to the fantasy alarm, MLB DFS podcast with host John IBA and James Grande. Speaker 1 00:00:10 What's going on? I ation John Pemba here with James Grande. This is the quick pitch, MLB DFS podcast, courting here for Monday's seven game main slate, James seven games here. Uh, we kind of hit a rotational. How do we wanna describe this? A hiccup maybe when it comes to pitching, we have some good pitchers on this Speaker 2 00:00:29 Slate. Rotational hiccup track. <laugh> Speaker 1 00:00:32 We've had some slates with some top tier guys. We're like, all right, like definitely core play lock. 'em in this. As we've talked about at times you hit that rotation and this is not one of those slates. This is a, there's a couple of guys. We like, there are some guys that are in tough situations and then there are other pitchers that just aren't pitching well at all. Speaker 2 00:00:51 That's fair. Let's just face facts here. This is not a strong pitcher slate. There is nobody on draft Kings above 9,300. Do 9.3 10. There's only one picture over nine K there's only four pitchers out of 14 over eight K. I think there are definitely some spots that will like, but you know, like you mentioned, there are zero studs. There are zero ACEs. There are, I guess you, I know you think Covin is like the best pitcher in Speaker 1 00:01:20 Now. There's no Dylan cease. Speaker 2 00:01:22 I know. Sure. That's also fair, but it is definitely gonna be interesting how to navigate pitching. And I think offense is gonna reign Supreme and we just need to nail home these a few pitchers that are on. Speaker 1 00:01:33 I agree with you there and let's just get into it. A top price guy is Chris Bassett. He's at home against Cincinnati. A better at home. This year is bass at 3.06 era and 10 starts, but he is just two and five overall. So if you're counting on the win points, maybe they won't be there for you. He is coming off a really strong start there against Washington in Washington, seven shred out innings, strikeouts have been really hit or miss for him. The last two games, six total strikeouts start before them two 11 in a game against San Diego. We don't really know where the strikeouts are gonna come from. We know Cincinnati certainly is an offense that has guys that do swing and miss they've traded away. Some of their better hitters at the deadline do have a lot of guys that generally are better against lefties and righty. Speaker 1 00:02:12 So this is certainly a potentially good spot for Bassett here at $9,300. And given the other pitchers on this slate, I think you're gonna see a lot of people gravitate towards him. You have Blake Snell at $8,800 going up against San Francisco. He has faced him already. Once this year, 11 strike coats over six innings, one Snells a more recent strong performances. And you look over his last five starts or six starts even only one of those six. Did he allow more than one earned run? So we would mentioned Dylan cease. This is the a Dylan cease S level of, of run here for Blake Snell. We know he is historically better in San Diego, 360 9 era on the, on the year at home, $8,800 for him, Logan Gilbert's at 84, but he is got New York. You're not gonna run up against the Yankees. Then you have Covin up against the, the angels just faced the angels, got quality. Start there, six innings, two earned, four strike Oaks. Didn't get the win in that game. And that's the, that's your eight K and above, right? This is a slate where pitching sheet. Speaker 2 00:03:09 I think bet is interesting. The reds have actually been weirdly good over the last month against Rite's 12th and ops, which is not something that we're used to seeing you. You mentioned they've been better against lefties all year, but last month they have been decent against righties. Like obviously that month included guys like Brent and Jerry and Tommy fam at some points, guys no longer on the team. Those numbers definitely have declined, but 24% carry rate over that time. So there is some upside with Bassett. I agree on the Snell front, he has been super consistent, not the easiest spot against the Rockies. The Rockies hit lefties. I know generally they hit him better at home, but they hit lefties same with the twins and he shut them both down. He just faced the giants 11 strikeouts and the giants are an offense. I have gone to bat for a lot against lefties this year. Speaker 2 00:03:59 And the number still suggests over the last month that they've been quite good, an 8 0 7 ops, which is fourth in baseball, but they are susceptible to the strikeout rate. So I think there's some upside with Snell there. As we saw, they struck out 11 times against them. I don't hate Logan Gilbert. I know he gave up six runs against the Yankees. Last time out in Seattle, I think is a little better for him. Better suited. He's given up far less power in Seattle. He's over a strike up or inning in his home ballpark. He's not on the road. So I wouldn't hate going Gilbert to be different in tournaments, especially when this, the volatility at pitcher's kind of bad. And then VIN, you mentioned he's been super, super good. 3 0 4 talking about consistent 3 0 4 era on the year, 3 0 8 era over his last 10 start. What do we got? Five, six straight quality starts. And they just pitch him even when he is pitching bad, seven innings, five runs against the Yankees. Don't know if there's like massive strikeout appeal. He's only had four strikeouts in each of the game against the angels, but angels Speaker 1 00:05:00 Freak out. I bit the bullet on that one the other day strikeout probably was five and a half. And I'm like, all right, it's the angels. Like he can get over there even though he hasn't really been a strikeout guy. He didn't for strikeout. That probably might be lower this time around. We'll tell all to check it out. But if he's at four and a half or five, I'm probably just gonna go right back into it. But Speaker 2 00:05:17 Yeah, that's again, he had four in, or he had eight, like two starts prior and then four, four. He's just not even though it's a offense that is, they do strike out a lot. Like he's just not that guy. He's had more than five strikeouts. Let's see. 1, 2, 3 times in 19 starts more than five strikeouts. Like he's just not that guy. He's not that guy pal. Speaker 1 00:05:43 Exactly. If we're going, I guess mid-tier to Speaker 2 00:05:47 Value's that gallon is Speaker 1 00:05:48 It's Speaker 2 00:05:49 Gallon. He's gallon. And Speaker 1 00:05:50 Even here's not. And even he's not, he's just a couple hundred dollars cheaper, but it's Pittsburgh. So I think Speaker 2 00:05:54 That's the key, right? Pittsburgh. Speaker 1 00:05:56 I wish it was a, a lefty. I wish gall was a lefty. Cause then we'd certainly be grade Speaker 2 00:06:00 A you're right? Cuz they strike out a whole bunch against lefties. But like over the last month, 27th and ops, they're like not hitting for a lot of power. They still have a 24.8% care rate. So they're still like that is strike out upside. I agree. I wish she was lefty, but hard for me to ignore gall at this price versus the pirates. I think he is gonna be one of the more popular pitchers in all formats. Speaker 1 00:06:24 I be into the tie on match against Seattle last time in New York. Cause it was home splits. Sadly did not get us there. Gave up two home runs, walked four gave up five runs. Now they're in Seattle pitches park. Seattle's still missing is uh what's he's still out right rod. Right Speaker 2 00:06:41 JS Speaker 1 00:06:41 Still out. I mean he had six strike. Does he keep the ball in the park in Seattle now? I don't know. Do you have any faith in tie here? He's just Speaker 2 00:06:49 Been super inconsistent, I guess on one hand over the last month, Seattle 21st in ops they're 20th and WOBA they are still hitting for a lot of power though. Their ninth and ISO against right-handed pitching over that, which is concerning. They just allowed two home runs last game, but it's like you said, it's a good ballpark to avoid the home run ball. And he honestly like 16 home runs in 21 starts is not too bad. That's he's not really allowing too much power. So at 77 you could take a shot. I feel the same. Like him and Logan, Gilbert are probably like two of the lower own GPP plays you can throw out there. Speaker 1 00:07:29 Is it Dan? Is it wild for me to wanna play the home splits for Jordan Lyles here? Speaker 2 00:07:33 Yep. It is Speaker 1 00:07:35 2, 2, 6 era and nine starts at home this year. No George Springer for Toronto. Speaker 2 00:07:41 True. It's not, I don't wanna say it's like crazy, but Speaker 1 00:07:45 Only one earned run over his last two starts. Speaker 2 00:07:47 It's gotta be tournaments. It's just gotta be tournaments cuz it's Speaker 1 00:07:50 It's definitely not a cash game play it's but is anybody playing Jordan Lyles against Toronto, right? No. No. And how many times have we gone into a slate where like it's stacked Toronto day and they gave, they scored two runs. Speaker 2 00:08:00 I think there's it's there's an argument for both sides, right? Like you can obviously stack Toronto if you want. Cause Jordan Lyles is a flyball pitcher. He's been pretty good. I think the ballpark has definitely helped him. Oh Speaker 1 00:08:12 Yes. The ballpark Speaker 2 00:08:13 One home run one home run at home this year. Thats what I'm saying 15 on the road, Speaker 1 00:08:17 Dude. That left field is too far. It's 408 feet or something like that. Speaker 2 00:08:22 I don't think it's like my like I'm not fully I'm okay. I'm okay with it. I'm okay with it. I'm okay with it. Speaker 1 00:08:31 I'm okay with it. Speaker 2 00:08:32 Shame. Speaker 1 00:08:33 It's a small slate. You wanna get different? You can go there. Oh, you pivot down to Jose Suarez. He obviously had a good start against Oakland. Last time out gave you 20 fantasy points. I feel the same way, even though we like Baltimore against lefties. They're at home. So like Kaci, the home run ball. Won't be a problem for him. Here Speaker 2 00:08:51 Will a pitch count though. Speaker 1 00:08:53 Is he on a pitch count? Speaker 2 00:08:55 I don't know. He returned look at this. So he makes his last start before the break seven, five, and then he has made two starts since the neck injury and it's been 67 74. So what is it? What does the number have to be for you to be comfortable with it? Speaker 1 00:09:11 Hopeful that they're just working him up. So maybe he'd be at 85 Speaker 2 00:09:15 And then, and you're comfortable Speaker 1 00:09:17 85 at 6,800 on a small slate. Yeah, Speaker 2 00:09:19 Sure. Fine. If that's fine. Cause Speaker 1 00:09:21 He's still a strikeout Pering plus guy. Speaker 2 00:09:23 That's fair. Speaker 1 00:09:24 So I think you can go the way again. This is just a ballpark play for me again. Like Baltimore's the numbers just are real are unreal for and I don't know who else he would. Who else would you pitch at this value? Like Keegan against was a strip down Washington line. Speaker 2 00:09:39 I think that could be a good one. I think that could be a good one. Speaker 1 00:09:42 Do we know at Washington we can figure this out, but what's Washington strikeout rate since the trade. The Speaker 2 00:09:47 Deadline was what? The third, what Speaker 1 00:09:51 Was the deadline? Yeah, the second, Speaker 2 00:09:53 The second strikeout rate sent the second. Do we wanna do verse right-handed pictures specifically since? Well, Speaker 1 00:09:59 I would just do it in general, but sure. Righthand Speaker 2 00:10:01 August 2nd. I'm just thinking cuz we have a right on the mound. Sure. Washington verse righties 16%. Speaker 1 00:10:07 All right. So there's so even with no Sodo and Nobel, they're still not striking that. Got it. Speaker 2 00:10:12 16, 16, good old 16%. They just don't strike out. Speaker 1 00:10:17 They just don't strike out. Yep. Speaker 2 00:10:18 They just don't like Speaker 1 00:10:19 It doesn't matter who goes in that lineup? They're not swinging to missing. Nope. They just, they don't care. Speaker 2 00:10:25 I don't know. I don't think there's anyone look I'm. I am willing to take a sh a shot on Kegan Thompson because he does, he has presented a bunch of high strikeout upside Speaker 1 00:10:40 When he able to like when he's pitching well, the strikeouts are there when he is not pitching. Well, obviously to dropped. So Speaker 2 00:10:47 Like tournament torments. You gotta think about it too. Given the slate. What are cash game lineups gonna look like bass gallon, 95% of lineup Speaker 1 00:10:56 Gallon. Arvind probably will pivot off one another bass for Speaker 2 00:10:59 So like everyone else is a tournament place. So yeah, exactly. So that's what Kegan Thompson is anyway. Like I would just given what his volatility is when he is good. He's really good. When he is bad, he's really bad. It Speaker 1 00:11:12 Catch your position. What do you like? Speaker 2 00:11:14 Chris has been so bad lately. Speaker 1 00:11:16 It's super expensive. Shawn Murphy's expensive, but hitting well obviously. Speaker 2 00:11:20 And he hits lefties and Oakland like weirdly hits lefties. So if you wanna play, Murphy has like a weird play you can Speaker 1 00:11:27 At leasts crushing in right now. Three 40 average over the last 10. I obviously Carson. Kelly's your boy. Yep. No problem. Running that back at 41. Speaker 2 00:11:36 Nope. Another two hits. No big deal on a Saturday. That's all he does. I can see myself getting to one of the Padre's catchers against Alex Wood. Red's have had a lot of success against Alex Wood this year. So I could see myself getting to either one of those guys in the mid threes in good lately. And he hits lefties for power. Like all his, I think he, he has like more home runs against lefties and half the at bats than he does against righty. He could definitely get behind some Joey bar, Speaker 1 00:11:58 His splits this year, a batting average wise, not great obviously for either, but uh, six of his nine are actually against left hand at pitch Speaker 2 00:12:06 Six. Okay. Speaker 1 00:12:07 And it is it's 60 at bats for his 1 22. So half the ed bats double the home runs for Joey Bart. There it's good, but he is also on a good run right now. His last 10 games, 2 94, an eight 50 ops, three of those home runs have come over to like five games. The last six games, the three of those home runs have come. Power's trending up for him. Speaker 2 00:12:27 I like Joey Bart. I like Joey Bart. The prospect. I have no problem going there. If you wanna play Jose Travino at the same price too, he's been super good lately than 2000, but there's no one else. Sure. Speaker 1 00:12:36 At catcher at first base, top, top price guys are the usual suspects of Tony Guerra. Alonzo. You can certainly go ahead and play any of them if you want. I am. I feel like I want Ty France against Ty given the way Ty has been struggling and France just keeps hitting the baseball. Yep Speaker 2 00:12:52 He does. Speaker 1 00:12:53 Um, you're not spending all the way up. It's an interesting spot. Speaker 2 00:12:57 I think you could spend up. I think Alonzo is the spend up of the bunch. Justin Dunn making his first appearance of the year at the major league level. But I think Speaker 1 00:13:06 Go back. If he's in the lineup, Speaker 2 00:13:08 Man, he's been really good against right's for the Mets. And that's when he is gonna play. He's only gonna play against righties, but if he's in the lineup sure. Um, tournaments, because there's always, they have so much depth now like with, they can just replace him in the lineup. So Speaker 1 00:13:23 Yep. I'm with you there let's see anybody else for you. Would you play will Myers? Speaker 2 00:13:28 I would play will Myers. I'm gonna look up Alex Wood splits here Speaker 1 00:13:33 Is bell better. Verse lefties. Righties. Speaker 2 00:13:35 Josh be is he has a 2 85 average and 360 1 WOBA against lefties. Okay. So he's been better against righties, but he's still been more than serviceable against righties will Myers. Hasn't been his normal self against lefties this year, but we know he's been historically got six for 21 off Alex Wood. So pretty big split there. Speaker 1 00:13:58 So where, where do you go? Speaker 2 00:13:59 I don't know if there's anything else. So you could play one of these. Like you could play like Chad Pinder who has first base eligibility. If you wanted to, you can probably play Seth beer, but he's been bad even since getting called up. You wanna be different and play the reds. Mustaches is there, but like none of these guys are like priorities for me, I think will Myers is probably the cheapest. I'd go. Maybe Pinder 2,800 Speaker 1 00:14:23 All second base position. Lame you Marte guys is the top super expensive. We talk about Chron worth actually hits loves better this year. Doesn't he? Speaker 2 00:14:30 I think K worth. And Hosmer for them were both like significantly better against leftees still partially so I can go there and he's just a little 46. Hundred's fine. It's good price. Speaker 1 00:14:42 Let's see anybody else for mid-tier value. Speaker 2 00:14:46 I would play guys against Blake snow. The giants are still good against leftees they're fourth over the last month. So I'd go there. I like when GKS like still heading in the middle of that lineup, if you wanna stack against Ivin I don't know if you want to, but that's an option. David Fletcher. John has just been like extremely productive. I mentioned it. He just continues to be productive like seemingly every night. So I don't hate that. But man, this position is just, this is a bad one. Maybe if tu caped, Marko is in the lineup like a couple games ago, he had back to back double digit fantasy point outing. So you could, if you wanna explore that, but I don't think you need to. Speaker 1 00:15:25 Let's see. That's probably it. I agree with you. Speaker 2 00:15:27 Let's just get to the best player in the league at the next position. Speaker 1 00:15:29 All right. You get lefty match up for Brandon and injury. How painful is it that jewelry? Maido both third base. Only Speaker 2 00:15:35 Though. I know it's stink. He also gave jewelry first base. Like Speaker 1 00:15:38 Clearly they're not both playing third base. So what are we doing? What, Speaker 2 00:15:41 But what else would you do? Like where else would you give them? What else is like a fair eligibility for Brandon and injury? Is Speaker 1 00:15:48 He playing BH right now? Speaker 2 00:15:50 There are one of them have to be BHK or if he's, I don't think he's played first. We could didn't Speaker 1 00:15:57 He play Speaker 2 00:15:58 Outfield. He had him, they had him at first base eligibility to start when he first got traded. Let's see what he is doing today. Let's see what we got. He Speaker 1 00:16:08 Played second base in one of his games already with the pod race. Speaker 2 00:16:12 He played second. Speaker 1 00:16:14 Yep. Speaker 2 00:16:14 Interesting. Speaker 1 00:16:15 Nine innings, second base. So there you go. Speaker 2 00:16:18 He is playing he's ding today. Speaker 1 00:16:20 He said two DH starts a third base and a second base. Speaker 2 00:16:24 Huh? Maybe second. Speaker 1 00:16:25 Anyways, we can't fight the power pick one. Oh, whichever one you believe in, Speaker 2 00:16:30 You could play either of them. Speaker 1 00:16:31 Roja do though slumping a little bit at 47. I like him at home. Speaker 2 00:16:35 Who's beat Beatie is opening and chase. The young chase de young is who's following. He's been incredibly good this year. Just throwing that out there. He's not gonna pitch for long but two years. Speaker 1 00:16:49 Yeah. Donald outside of, of Yankee stadium, like you've been touting. He Speaker 2 00:16:52 That's all he Speaker 1 00:16:53 Three hits from the three games against St. Louis. Speaker 2 00:16:55 So it's the only place he hits, man. He cannot hit Yankee stadium. 1 7500 ops. It's disgusting. Yep. KA Brian Hayes Homeward today. So he's been a little better in the fantasy department. Three Mo three double digit fantasy point games in his last five. If you wanna go there. Speaker 1 00:17:11 JD Davis versus left he 2200. Speaker 2 00:17:13 That's a good one. John hits he Homer. I think he has two homers in his last three games too. Yep. Finally getting to play a little bit cuz thanks. They just need him to play. Speaker 1 00:17:22 He's a good play. Speaker 2 00:17:24 He has. He has a, he has definitely had a tough go at it, but he is definitely been better. That's I would, I would if playing Diamondback stacks, which I don't hate Emanuel Rivera got traded there last two games, two multi Hitt games or two extra base hits, including a home run to 11 plus fantasy point games. So maybe there not the best play in the world, but I don't hate it. All right, Speaker 1 00:17:50 What's go on all over to shortstop then. Where are we going? Speaker 2 00:17:52 Def definitely like Linor I definitely think the Mets are gonna be popular. So if you wanna fade them in city field, not the best hitting environment, I think that's fine, but Linor has been really good. 59. Hundred's very expensive. You go Speaker 1 00:18:05 Horns 4,400. Speaker 2 00:18:06 What are and feel horn for no reason whatsoever is now he should have been that price when he was actually hitting O'Neil Cruz. Definitely in play at the price in tournaments. Thra strata. I've mentioned it a whole bunch this year. Yeah. Hits left. He's extremely well. Came back from Speaker 1 00:18:19 Concussion lefties. Well, assuming he keeps flying, Speaker 2 00:18:22 Assuming Speaker 1 00:18:23 He's not hitting right now, but you Speaker 2 00:18:24 In general, not a 3, 3 13 over his last 10 games. Speaker 1 00:18:28 Okay. The last 10, I think he's tailing off a bit. There is now two for his last was Speaker 2 00:18:33 That 10 that's fair. He had a four hit game. He had a four for five in there. Speaker 1 00:18:36 So he definitely boosted. Most recently has two for 16 at home though. Could be a spot. I whore him Mateo. Speaker 2 00:18:42 That was today. Homeward again today home only run Baltimore store guy is he is actually becoming like a viable, like a very viable fantasy. Speaker 1 00:18:51 You love runs 26 stolen bases on Speaker 2 00:18:53 The end. He's becoming like a very, I don't think he gets to 20, but like a 1530 guy. I think that's attainable. Right? 15 home runs, 30 stolen bases. How many of those guys are we gonna have this year? Speaker 1 00:19:04 Probably not many. Speaker 2 00:19:05 Probably not many. Definitely like Mateo. Let's see. Speaker 1 00:19:08 Crawford's she? Even though he's slumping, Speaker 2 00:19:11 Andrews 2,500 playing against jus maybe the uh, the a are a sneaky stack here. Could the A's be Speaker 1 00:19:17 Sneaky. It could be ju shot him out over five though. Speaker 2 00:19:20 I'm not in the past is the past. No, I get it. Uh, Oakland over last month. If it Speaker 1 00:19:26 Wasn't the left NBA, cuz you could play like Seth brown, like you could play guys Speaker 2 00:19:29 Like that. I know they have their power headers or lefties. I think I, I mean I, Andrew could be a fine one off 2,500. Sure. Speaker 1 00:19:35 All right, let's go to outfield. Who's your core outfield guy here? Aaron Speaker 2 00:19:38 Judge. I think it's judge at the top. I think that's I don't like I don't hate using Soto against lefties cuz Soto's good against everyone. And I don't hate Otani against lefties either. Cuz Otani is also good against everyone. But I think judges is just on a planet by himself. Oh Speaker 1 00:19:54 Baltimore outfield stack Speaker 2 00:19:55 Baltimore out foot stack. The only again, the only thing is, is the ballpark. So we're we have to contend with that. Speaker 1 00:20:01 Nemo's been hitting Speaker 2 00:20:02 Well, I actually think I actually been more true. He has the double done since going there. Like I don't hate, I think the Mets look, I think of all the teams we've talked about. The Mets are probably, we've probably mentioned the most. I think they're probably gonna be quite popular with Justin dun on the mound. But I think people probably just don't play naked when at 4,500, but he's been productive since getting there. So Speaker 1 00:20:24 I like that. I like LNO as well. Speaker 2 00:20:27 Yep. I dude, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, I'm telling you, Oakland said think they kind of have enough varieties cuz like Pinder first outfield Pesco Speaker 1 00:20:37 Well they're not like super exciting. Speaker 2 00:20:40 No they're not. No Speaker 1 00:20:40 I'm not really. They they're value on a small slate that probably doesn't get played so Speaker 2 00:20:45 Right. Because especially if you're playing the Mets, right. Just look at through the Mets like Alonzo $6,100. Linor 5,900. If you wanna play Starling Marte 54, Tyler Naquin for crying out loud is 4,500, right? Like Nimo 47. Like you're gonna probably need some value. And I think Oakland, you don't have to go full from stack. You can do mini stack, but I'm just saying they are valuable sky bolt, switch hitter, Homer, Homer, and stole base. And back to back days switch like $2,000. So I don't think a lot of people go to Oakland cause you don't necessarily need to get that much value. Especially if you're not using like Bassett Snell, but just a thought Speaker 1 00:21:25 Like that's where I'm at. You're not spending for an 11 K ten five, whatever pitcher. So, Speaker 2 00:21:29 And that means Oakland goes under the radar, right? We're on the same board Speaker 1 00:21:33 Again. I'm kind of in on Seattle versus tie on since Ty's on the road, Winker hitting the ball a little bit better lately. Homered now in two of the last four games hits in three or four. Speaker 2 00:21:43 Yeah. He went granny today getting on base a whole bunch right now a whole bunch. So I don't hate it. We've been waiting for just like a breakout to come and it just doesn't seem like this is gonna be the year, but I, I think he's fine. Ooh, Mitch Hagar been back for two games now, John. Speaker 1 00:21:59 Interesting. That's actually Speaker 2 00:21:59 That is a, that's kind of scary for other teams that, that we just kind, I just kind of, maybe I forgot about Hager a little bit too early, but that's a little scary. Speaker 1 00:22:10 We've been waiting for him to come back so Speaker 2 00:22:12 Sure. Speaker 1 00:22:13 That's a pretty good price point for him. I like that. I like that. Seattle's you type Winker. SWES Hager. It's not bad. That is not bad. Any other outfielders for you? Speaker 2 00:22:25 I mentioned sky bolt. The two K you Speaker 1 00:22:27 Mentioned biscoti 27. Speaker 2 00:22:29 We could play will Speaker 1 00:22:30 Myers off again. Does he? Speaker 2 00:22:32 Probably they just don't lead off. You think the Cubs could be a little different Speaker 1 00:22:36 Nano ball's you know, Speaker 2 00:22:38 Bad and old and bad. Both old and bad. Speaker 1 00:22:42 They moved up your man niece's price guy. 2,500. Speaker 2 00:22:46 Who? Speaker 1 00:22:46 Joey? Didn't you weren't you talking about this guy was like two K the other Speaker 2 00:22:50 Day. No McCarthy. I took back from the Diamondbacks. Okay. Which I also don't hate the Diamondbacks here again. Anyone Diamondbacks related I think could be in play. Yeah. McCarthy. Speaker 1 00:23:01 Exactly. The guy you were talking Speaker 2 00:23:02 About. I I've picked up McCarthy in a couple seasonal leagues. I think like vaso has started to heat up too. We didn't mention him, but home runs in two of his last three games Al Thomas, another lefty, like we could pepper lefties against the Padres here or against the Pittsburgh pirates starters and relievers, whatever. I don't hate that. They're all cheap. So if you wanna go like a cheap, another cheap stack, Arizona's one too. Speaker 1 00:23:24 Okay. That works for me. If Jake lamb finds his way into the line at 2,800 for Seattle, Speaker 2 00:23:29 Uh, against the Yankees, you mean Speaker 1 00:23:31 For Seattle against Yankees? Speaker 2 00:23:32 I could see myself get there. Speaker 1 00:23:34 I got Speaker 2 00:23:34 Nothing. I could see myself getting there. No, I got a, we got a home run call. So that's all Speaker 1 00:23:38 We, yeah. What's your home run. Call. Speaker 2 00:23:39 I'll go. Lonzo. I was gonna go judge. Cuz I'm just like looking at the rest of the crop of, but I'll just go Alonzo. Cuz judge just feels of course I can say judge, Speaker 1 00:23:50 I'm gonna go with Jesse Winker. Speaker 2 00:23:52 That's a good one. Speaker 1 00:23:53 It's getting hot tie Speaker 2 00:23:55 On. What's a good one. He's in, he's just inconsistent. He, when he's bad, he sucks. I agree. But when he is good, he's good. Speaker 1 00:24:01 So that's it. You're on the playbook. Short slate. If you have any questions, get us and discord and we'll catch you guys later.
